Grafana Cloud Observability (Beta)
The AccelByte Gaming Services (AGS) and Grafana Cloud integration is available to:
- Private Cloud customers: The Grafana Cloud integration is in open beta for AGS Private Cloud customers, providing unrestricted access to the Grafana menu in the Admin Portal. This may change in the future, and access restrictions could be applied based on subscription plans and other criteria.
- Shared Cloud customers: The Grafana Cloud integration is available as part of the full Extend add-on package. This means that Shared Cloud customers can only access Grafana Cloud dashboards for their Extend apps. For more information, refer to the Extend Observability page.
Introduction
AccelByte partners with Grafana Cloud as the preferred observability solution, enabling us to offer game developers real-time visibility into their game's performance, matchmaking, player behavior, and server health. This integration allows developers to quickly identify performance bottlenecks, anomalies, or failures, leading to faster troubleshooting and more informed decision-making.
The AGS and Grafana Cloud integration gives you access to the following dashboards:
Game Health Dashboard: Provides real-time metrics on game performance integration with AGS product(s). For more detailed information, see the Game Health Dashboards page.
Extend Dashboards (AGS Extend add-on): Offers enhanced observability for Extend services. Learn more on the Extend Observability page.
AMS Dashboard (AGS AMS add-on): Monitors game server health and performance.
Custom Dashboards: Tailored dashboards created by AccelByte upon customer request to meet specific functional requirements.
