# AccelByte Cloud 3.11.0

# Release Date: December 6th, 2021

  • Current UE4 SDK Version: 8.0.1
  • Current Unity SDK Version: 8.2.0

Here’s a look at what’s new in AccelByte Cloud 3.11.0:

# Highlights

  • New Delay for Kicking Disconnected Players out of Parties

The latest version of AccelByte Cloud gives you the ability to add a delay to the Auto Kick on Disconnect option for parties. The delay ensures that players aren’t removed from their party if they can get back in the game in time after being disconnected, so that if the delay is set to 10 seconds, the player will stay in their party for 10 seconds after being disconnected.

  • Improved Matchmaking Ticket Handling

AccelByte Cloud 3.11.0 includes improved matchmaking behavior to enhance player experience. Now the Matchmaking service will preserve the age of matchmaking tickets belonging to players who are matched with a player who leaves before the match begins. This way, these players will be prioritized next time they try to find a match.

# Quality of Life Changes

  • Easier Snowflake Data Warehouse Setup

Snowflake is now easier to use with our Analytics service, requiring no manual setup.

  • Easier Uploading of Dedicated Server Images

We’ve improved the DS image upload process. Now the DS Uploader can be accessed from the Admin Portal.

# Bug Fixes and Minor Changes

  • Improved our Analytics charts to be easier to read.
  • Improved handling of null HTTP Responses from successful requests in the Unreal Engine SDK.
  • Fix an issue that occurred in the Unity SDK where the access token was refreshed but the Lobby WS API could not be called.
  • Fixed an issue that occurred when uploading content to the UGC service with both the Unreal Engine and Unity SDK.
  • Fixed an issue where the Total Matches Made graph in the Analytics Dashboard wasn’t calculated properly.
  • Added support for WebP image files.
