Migrate from existing CLIs

Overview

The existing CLIs (extend-helper-cli and AMS CLI) continue to work. The AGS CLI replaces most extend-helper-cli workflows today and covers AMS fleet and image management, including server image upload with ags ams upload.

Where each tool stands

extend-helper-cli	v0.0.14	Its commands are ported into the AGS CLI. It continues to work; the migration window and its dates will be announced separately.
AMS CLI	0.245.23	The upload command is ported into the AGS CLI. It continues to work.
