AGS Observability (Beta)
The AccelByte Gaming Services (AGS) Observability platform is available to:
- Private Cloud customers: AGS Observability is in open beta for AGS Private Cloud customers, providing unrestricted access to the Grafana menu in the Admin Portal. This may change in the future, and access restrictions could be applied based on subscription plans and other criteria.
- Public Cloud customers: AGS Observability is available as part of the full Extend or AMS packages. This means that Public Cloud customers can only access observability dashboards for AMS or for their Extend apps. For more information, refer to the Extend Observability page.
Introduction
AccelByte provides an integrated observability platform built on Grafana—the industry-standard solution for metrics, logs, and traces. AGS Observability gives you real-time visibility into game performance, matchmaking, player behavior, and server health from a single place in the Admin Portal. Use these dashboards to quickly spot performance bottlenecks, anomalies, and failures so you can troubleshoot faster and make better-informed decisions.
AGS Observability gives you access to the following dashboards:

Game Health Dashboard: Provides real-time metrics on game performance integration with AGS product(s). For more detailed information, see the Game Health Dashboards page.
