Access observability dashboards

The AccelByte Gaming Services (AGS) Observability platform is available to:

  • Private Cloud customers: AGS Observability is in open beta for AGS Private Cloud customers, providing unrestricted access to the Grafana menu in the Admin Portal. This may change in the future, and access restrictions could be applied based on subscription plans and other criteria.
  • Public Cloud customers: AGS Observability is available as part of the full Extend or AMS packages. This means that Public Cloud customers can only access observability dashboards for AMS or for their Extend apps. For more information, refer to the Extend Observability page.

Overview​

You can access AGS Observability through the sidebar in the Admin Portal and through Extend apps if you have AMS or Extend activated in your namespace. Use your Admin Portal credentials to sign in to Grafana.

Access from Admin Portal sidebar​

AGS Private Cloud

This access option is only available to Private Cloud customers.

You can get the access link for your observability dashboards from the sidebar in Admin Portal. Follow these steps:

  1. On the Admin Portal sidebar, go to Foundations > Tools & Utilities > Grafana. The Grafana sign-in page opens in a new browser tab.

  2. On the sign-in page, click the Sign in with Admin Portal button and use your Admin Portal credentials to log in.

Access from AMS menu​

You can get the access link for your observability dashboards from the AMS menu in Admin Portal. Follow these steps:

  1. On the Admin Portal sidebar, go to AMS > Grafana. The Grafana sign-in page opens in a new browser tab.

  2. On the sign-in page, click the Sign in with Admin Portal button and use your Admin Portal credentials to log in.

Access from Extend apps​

You can get the access link for your observability dashboards from the details page of your Extend apps. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the details page of the Extend app with the observability dashboard you want to view.

  2. At the bottom of the App Detail table, click Open Grafana. The Grafana sign-in page opens in a new browser tab.

  3. On the sign-in page, click the Sign in with Admin Portal button and use your Admin Portal credentials to log in.
