Overview

AccelByte Development Toolkit (ADT) Web supports logins using credentials (email and password) and single sign-on (SSO) methods.

Account security

At AccelByte, your account security is our top priority. To ensure the safety of your account and data, we've implemented a secure login system with the following guidelines:

• You are allowed a maximum of four attempts to enter your correct password.
• Exceeding the attempts limit will result to your account being locked for 30 minutes.
• After 30 minutes, you can try logging in again using your correct password.

Prerequisites

You must have an account to sign in.

• Existing users can still log in using their credentials.
• To SSO login using External Microsoft Azure account you need to enter your email address in specific format that include "#EXT#". For example if your email is user@company.net then your ADT email will be user_company.net#EXT#@domain.onmicrosoft.com.

Log in using email and password

1. Go to AccelByte Development Toolkit (ADT) Web.
2. Type in your registered email address, then click Log in.
3. Type in your password, then click Next. If your login is successful, you will be redirected to the Dashboard.

Log in using SSO

1. Go to AccelByte Development Toolkit (ADT) Web.
2. Type in your registered email address, then click Log in.
3. Select your preferred SSO method from the available options.
4. Follow the subsequent instructions for your chosen SSO provider. If your login is successful, you will be redirected to the Dashboard.

FAQs

Q: Is it possible to reset a forgotten password?

A: Yes, you can reset your password by clicking the Forgot Password button.

Q: Is it possible to modify my email address after entering an incorrect one?

A: Yes. Simply click on the currently displayed email address, and you will be redirected to the login form where you can enter the correct address.
