Set up AccelByte Intelligence Service (AIS)

Last updated on April 8, 2024

Introduction

The AccelByte Intelligence Service (AIS) is an add-on service in AccelByte Gaming Services (AGS) that provides an end-to-end data analysis solution that allows you to get studio and game-specific business intelligence.

With AIS, you can run deeper events analysis using flexible event types to record in-game player behaviors, automatically receive and own AGS service telemetry, and gain other important insights specific to your game.

This section covers how to enable AIS in your namespace and set up AIS components.

Get AIS

To enable the AIS add-on in your namespace, contact your AccelByte technical producer. To qualify for AIS, your AGS account must be in good standing. You can also request a demo here.

AIS components

AIS has the following components:

  • Data warehouses: a data warehouse receives events and player actions log. AIS supports several different data warehouses, such as S3, Redshift, and Snowflake.

  • Data connectors: the Data Connector service gives you access to raw event data directly from AccelByte's data lake. The Data Connector service works with S3, Redshift, Snowflake, and GameSight.

What's next?

After AIS is enabled in your namespace, you can start setting up your preferred data warehouse to stream your data. See Set up data warehouses.
