Overview

The Critical Event Histories feature enables admins to query and review records of key actions performed by both Admins and Players within the Admin Portal. This feature helps admins quickly verify important player-related events, such as account recovery or other significant actions, without the need to sift through the player's entire ticket history

View Critical Event Histories

As an Admin, you can view the Critical Events that occurred on the player's account. Here are the steps:

1. Login to the Admin Portal using your admin credential.
2. Select Namespace.
3. Navigate to the Lookup Users menu.
4. Search a user > click the View button.
5. In the Overview tab, you will see the Critical Events section beside the Details section. By default will show all critical events in the last 30 days (max 100 events)
6. In this page, you can see the event details by hovering on one of the events and clicking the View button.
7. You can also access the Critical Events page by clicking the View All button.
8. In the Critical Events page, you can see all Critical Events and filter them to facilitate the search. By default will show all critical events in the last 30 days.

Supported Critical Events

This feature supports various critical events categorized under different categories:

Categories	Event	Description
Two-Factor Authentications	2FA Method Activation - Authenticator App	This event is triggered when a player successfully activates 2FA using an authenticator app.
Two-Factor Authentications	2FA Method Deactivation - Authenticator App	This event is triggered when a player successfully deactivates 2FA using an authenticator app.
Two-Factor Authentications	2FA Method Activation - Backup Codes	This event is triggered when a player successfully activates 2FA using a backup code.
Two-Factor Authentications	2FA Method Deactivation - Backup Codes	This event is triggered when a player successfully deactivates 2FA using a backup code.
Two-Factor Authentications	2FA Method Activation - Email Authentication	This event is triggered when a player successfully activates 2FA using email authentication.
Two-Factor Authentications	2FA Method Deactivation - Email Authentication	This event is triggered when a player successfully deactivates 2FA using email authentication.
GDPR	Personal Data Request	This event is triggered when a player or admin requests personal data.
GDPR	Account Deletion Request	This event is triggered when a player or admin requests account deletion.
Login	Suspicious Login	This event is triggered when a player login or generates access_token with a different browser or different IP location.
