For an optimized ADT experience, please update the components listed below.

We are improving the Local Cache Management notification to give more clarity when the local cache can be cleared or moved to another folder.

Local cache size on the Application settings now keeps showing when playing a Smart Builds track.
Adjusting the Local Cache Management scheduler UI to be 12-hour format.
Update local cache state information.

CLI: Fixed the issues where uploads get an error message: Cannot retrieve manifest download URL. Fetch error. HTTP Code: 401.
CLI: Updated the CLI telemetry code to be optional, ensuring that any telemetry transmission failure does not interrupt the overall process.
Hub: Fixed the issues where the scheduled clear cache is not triggered.
Hub: Fixed the issues where Smart Builds download is failing on the build Staging process.
Hub: Fixed the issues where sometimes ADT Hub opens the Discover page instead of the last seen page.
