Restrict account profile editing
Overview
AccelByte Gaming Services (AGS) enables you to apply restrictions to the ability for a player to edit their account profile. Preventing players from editing their usernames, for example, can make identity verification and fraud protection easier. Limiting editing access to other areas of player profiles can have other use cases, as well. This article shows you how to set up profile edit restrictions.
Profile edit restrictions are not yet available in AGS Shared Cloud.
